We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Aum Yoga Retreat.
1. Cancellation by Participant
Cancellation 7+ days before retreat
- 100% refund or option to reschedule to a future date.
Cancellation 3–7 days before retreat:
- 50% refund or option to reschedule once.
Cancellation within 0–3 days of retreat:
- No refund (rooms, meals, staff already arranged)
2. No-Show Policy
- If you do not arrive on the retreat start date, no refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation by Aum Yoga Retreat
If we cancel due to weather, emergency, or unavoidable reason:
- You will receive a 100% refund OR
- A free rescheduling option.
4. Early Checkout
If you leave the retreat in the middle:
- No partial refund for unused days.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank.
